BIOGRAPHY

Warren R. Abbott

Warren R. Abbott began working at a young age, delivering newspapers to families at Fort Myer Army Base and selling small items to learn the basics of responsibility. His path led him through years at the Smithsonian, where he helped plant thousands of tulips and supported major events. He later worked in candy design, retail management, and food operations before joining Selmet Titanium at seventy-five, applying discipline and care to jet-airplane parts. Each role added another layer to his understanding of people, effort, and daily habits that shape a meaningful life.

More About THE AUTHOR

Abbott’s background includes a wide range of hands-on experiences that helped form the ideas in his book. At the Smithsonian, he assisted with floral displays, illustrations, and special projects enjoyed by countless visitors. At Kencraft Candy, he helped create products for well-known retailers across the country. His years at Walmart and WINCO Foods showed him how much large stores rely on everyday workers.
